Pritha obtained her Bachelor of Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2017 and later joined JTAsyer Law Firm. Pritha is experienced in Corporate Commercial and Merger & Acquisition, Oil and Gas Sales and Infrastructure, EPC, Power Purchase, Electricity Supply. She represents clients in negotiating various Gas Sales Agreements and Electricity Supply Agreements. Pritha also assisted the acquisition of an offshore vessel company by a prominent investor with the transaction value of ±USD50,000,000, and involved in representing companies or individuals in alternative dispute resolution such as asset ownership dispute, asset proxy dispute, drilling contract dispute, and industrial relation dispute. Pritha has completed the PERADI bar exam.

Meliana joined at JTAsyer Law Firm in 2021. Meliana advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on oil and gas and infrastructure projects in Indonesia. Her experience includes advising on the procurement of strategic partnerships for the development and operation of LNG infrastructure services for gas-fired power plants in Indonesia (Gasification Project), encompassing the drafting and negotiation of joint development agreements, the establishment of special purpose company, and the procurement of EPC contracts for FSRU units, LNG carriers, and onshore regasification facilities, as well as LNG and gas infrastructure and supporting services agreements. Meliana obtained her Bachelor of Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2020, majoring in International Law. During her academic years, she represented her university in the 13th Indonesian Round of The International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition and got Second Best Memorial. Meliana is a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).

Marsya graduated from the Faculty of Law of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2011. Marsya has been providing legal services for more than a decade in various law firms. Throughout her career, she actively involved in litigation and dispute resolution on family law, criminal law, and involved as the defense attorney on various corruption case for individuals. She handles pretrial review regarding an arrestment in a connection with corruption cases and acting as the defense attorney for corruption case regarding state loss caused by SOP payment to a gas transporter. She also handles various industrial relation dispute, among others the termination of workers in a Cooperation Operation (KSO) Agreement contractors. Marsya also involved in dispute resolution regarding insurance dispute, and land execution settlement. She also assisted various arbitration proceedings regarding EPC Contract and gas sales & purchase agreement. Marsya has assisted clients in a complex transaction for lease, operating, maintenance & operation agreement of an FSRU, particularly regarding settlement agreements. She also has an expertise to handle dispute regarding copyright infringement and insurance. Marsya is a member of Kongres Advokat Indonesia (KAI).
