Insan Kamil graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2023. During his studies, he developed an interest in environmental and energy matters. Insan joined JTAsyer Law Firm in mid 2023, and have been actively involved in litigation, specifically in arbitration proceedings related to EPC Contract, gas sales & purchase agreements, and coal sales & purchase agreements. Additionally, Insan also handles general corporate matters such as, gas sales & purchase agreements, gas transport agreement, joint-operating agreement for a certain working area, lease, operating & maintenance agreements for FSRU, patent infringement dispute, and personal data breach. Insan has completed the PERADI bar exam.

Raymond Nonatus Moan Reng

Raymond Nonatus Moan Reng graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Kristen Indonesia in 2013. Raymond started his career as a legal officer in 2014, and continue his career as legal supervisor in 2018, at PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya as a distributor of PT Pertamina. In 2022, Raymond joined KSO Pertamina EP – Petroenergy Utama Wiriagar, an upstream oil and gas operation contractor for PT Pertamina EP at Wiriagar Field, Bintuni, Papua Barat. He is certified to conduct procurement in Indonesia upstream oil and gas business according to Work Procedure Guideline 007 Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Activity, and he also have experience in land clearing and permit, Integrated Drilling Services Project, Geology Geophysis Reservoir and Production Studies Agreement, Special Terminal Permit, Borrow to Use Forest Area License, Explosion Permit and Government Relation. With his extensive experience and relations, Raymond joined JTAsyer Law Firm in 2024, and has been involved in gasification development project, which includes the joint-development agreement, procurement for FSRU vessel, EPC for onshore regasification unit, LNG and gas infrastructure & supporting services.

Earvin Darren Sihombing

Earvin Darren Sihombing graduated as a Bachelor of Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2024. During his academic years, he achieved notable accomplishments, including 1st Place in the National Moot Court Competition (NMCC) A.G. Pringgodigdo, and 3rd Place in an internal Legal Opinion Competition. With his extensive knowledge for both Indonesian criminal and civil law, Earvin joined JTAsyer Law Firm in 2024, and is actively involved in various litigation cases, particularly in the energy sectors, such as coal sale & purchase disputes, gas sale & purchase disputes, and EPC contract disputes. Earvin also involved in corporate matters, namely oil & gas services contract standardization, and lease, operating & maintenance agreements for FSRU, for a state-owned company subsidiary.

Angelica Niken Widiawati

Angelica Niken Widiawati graduated from the Faculty of Law of Atma Jaya Catholic University in 2022, and started her professional career as a Land Dispute Specialist at one of Indonesia’s leading real estate private companies. Currently in JTAsyer, Niken is responsible in drafting various agreements in oil and gas practice fields, namely, oil fuel sale and purchase agreement, crossing agreements which regulate the liability for crossing between gas pipelines and submarine cables, and the procurement of strategic partnerships for the development and operation of LNG infrastructure services for gas-fired power plants in Indonesia (gasification project). She also assists a sub-holding of a State-Owned Enterprise in drafting standardized contracts for goods and services procurement in upstream operations. Furthermore, she is extensively involved in reviewing the internal regulation of a sub-holding of a state-owned enterprise and drafting an agency agreement for natural gas sales in the oil and gas sector.
